One tablet daily and don’t exceed dosage is the advice. I believe the tablets are strong as l have fast heart rate ( tachardia ) but doctors did not prescribe beta blockers so no help from the medics, and having a fast heartbeat 130 instead of around 65 when relaxing, makes me feel tired, so l bought the hawthorn and it slowed my heartbeat to just under 100 which is considered top end of normal range. I don’t know what you want the hawthorn tablets for but these work for me so they are the real deal, and l don’t even need to take them daily anymore. I would say the tabs regulated my heartbeat and l am no longer tired out, so l am impressed but urge caution when taking them and advise keep them away from children or pets. **Q: What percentage of Maltodextrin in this tablets?** A: It doesn't give that info on the bottle - ask Zipvit. But sometimes they don't provide "round the clock" coverage.These provided me with an effective means of easing the worry and discomfort between tablets, without requiring an increased dose of beta blockers. They took effect within about 25 minutes of swallowing (one tablet as necessary - no more than twice a day in conjunction with the beta-blockers gave me a much better quality of heart rate).Not sure they will work for everybody, but worth a try - I'm glad I have them and will continue to buy them to cover gaps in medicine coverage. Obviously, don't treat these as an alternative to medical care - if you are suffering from a heart condition, get it checked out.
