I tested this out for about 15 days of workouts and lap swimming, and it definitely 💯 made me get into a better routine and has increased the productivity of the time I spend working out. It’s not going to move your body for you, but it is going to drive you crazy until you do. I also had my gym going friends try it out and they had similar opinions on the product. Some prefer a pre workout that is less stimulating but agreed that this one was a good addition to a productive workout especially if you need an extra boost. I tried the blue raspberry, it is pretty sweet, but also kinda sour. I prefer to have mine about 10-15 min before I workout, and tend to use slightly less if I am planing on a shorter workout. I also have a very sensitive stomach, but this seems to not upset mine.

If you want to have ants in your pants that convince you to get off the couch 🛋️ this is good. I loved this flavor it was really good and I did not get the tingles as much compared to other pre workouts I’ve used. The price is pretty good compared to other pre’s I’ve bought I’m the past.
