I will definitely used this product again if I ever have to replace my other shower/tub cartridges. ### ⭐ Failed immediately, puller is ok though and useful, buy those separately *by K***R on 3 December 2023* Unfortunately this was the second time I have had one of these fail prematurely -- the one this was replacing had failed in under 3 years, and this one actually failed instantly, leaking worse than what it was replacing. This led to a lot of lost time as I tested this part in 6 different ways, and then had to go to a local retailer to instead buy the name brand Moen one instead, as we needed the fix now. Fool me twice, shame on me -- never will I buy this again. I give it one star because the extractor proved useful (would have been nice to have some actual instructions with that, not included) as I had extensive calcification and it made the difference in getting the old one out. The extra parts they supplied were also nice, and you can buy all of these separately. But the main part we bought? Plastic falling off immediately, didn't keep a seal/turn off fully, and frankly wasted a lot more of my time than if I had just bought the Moen official one and the 3rd party extractor tool (might save your plumbing if you end up with a stuck valve).
