The profile is exact fit with my bumper. Installation was easy, line up the dimples in the bumper with the screw holes and screw them in. Unfortunately yes you do have to screw directly into the bumper cover…so there will be holes if you ever take this off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Near perfect! *by W***L on December 1, 2018* Perfect fit on 2018 WK2 Trailhawk. My only complaint is that all 6 screws were the same length though the instructions say the 2 for the plate are supposed to be shorter. Not a big deal to me though - 6 holes in the bumper instead of 4. Mount is solid, fits the contour perfectly and was simple to install. I do recommend drilling pilot holes even though the screws are self tapping.
