**Q: How noisy is the humidifier when it is working? I am a light sleeper and need to be in a very quiet environment to fall asleep.**
A: No worries at all. I am also a light sleeper, and this humidifier has never disturbed my sleep. It is much quieter than I expected, especially in sleep mode. In fact, I sleep much better with it on at night since it does a good job in relieving my itchy skin which caused by dryness.

**Q: Can you change the direction of mist output?**
A: Hi,
Yes you can.  There is a straight wide piece that goes across 75% of its total length on the top of the humidifier that  can be moved around in order to change the directional output.  Hope this helps.  Shalom… :O)

**Q: I've cleaned my humidifier 4 times since I opened the box 2 weeks ago. It continues to smell like mildew. Anyone else have this issue?**
A: Did you add baking soda to the water when you clean it Soak for 1/2 hour. Then clean and rinse well. Hope this works for you.

Magnífico aliado para las noches de verano. Baja fácilmente 3/4 grados la temperatura de la habitación. No hay sensación de humedad en la cama. Lo único que si eres un poco sensible a los ruidos, es un poco ruidoso incluso en el modo noche. Eso sí el agua dura muchas horas.

Wow. This is a great product. It has an excellent cool mist output that doesn’t leave the surrounding area wet.I have Sjögren’s disease which means I suffer from extremely dry eyes, airways, skin etc and have been struggling with cracked and sore nasal passages (it’s as awful as it sounds) and I can honestly say that after 3 nights use, I am seeing an improvement.I live in a hard water area and this humidifier has special cartridges that will help with that. It also doesn’t seem to have small output holes that will get furred up. The other, small and cheap models have all failed after a few months due to limescale.For the size/water capacity of this model, it is exceptionally good value. So far it seems good quality and has great humidifying properties. It’s really quite quiet too. I also like that you can turn the light off. Would definitely recommend.
