They arrived today, so I thought I’d try them out. I am quite simply amazed. The colours are lovely: there are a few garish primaries, but overall there’s a great selection. I worked on Fabriano pastel paper and found that they lay down and blended really well. Also, because they’re not too soft, it’s possible to achieve some detail. Opacity is good.These are easy to use and great value for money. They were dropped through the letterbox by the delivery driver, but survived that ordeal, so I think they’ll last well.My go-to brands are Meeden and Sennelier, but I’m delighted with these.
