This is our go to snack and we go through a lot of them every week. We like Cherry and Raspberry flavors. Our other son who does not have IBD also eats the same diet and loves these fruit bars too. They taste just like pure cherries, not processed! The best part is that they are not mushy or on the other hand, too hard. There is a little bit of a crunch to them but it is still consistent with eating fruit. These bars taste good and they are the right portion for a pick me up snack during the day or even if I wake up in the middle of the night.
