I have a large collection of designer and niche fragrances but wanted this as modern styles are a little too sweet or youthful smelling, being aimed at the younger generation and even though they say masculine, they are actually unisex for mass appeal. This fragrance is definitely masculine and distinctive. Even though it's been reformulated over the years it's still a BEAST in performance. If your the kind of person who uses 2-3 sprays of modern designer fragrances as you don't want to offend anyone with your scent, this might not be for you. Initial projection on my skin was about 2 meters for the first hour, slowly reigning itself in to about a 2 foot projection from hour 1 into hour 2 and then down to a skin scent before it was gone at about 3.5-4 hours. This to me is amazing for a couple of reasons, first of all it's an eau de toilette which puts it's longevity bang on what expectations are for it's concentration but secondly it by far out performs some of my other fragrances that are eau de parfum concentration and cost 10 times more than this bottle costs. There is a perfume concentration fragrance called Drakkar intense, which is not the same scent profile to the OG and comes in an amber bottle with a black lid! **Q: Is this the same smell as lynx oriental deodorant?** A: That would be a massive coincidence. Like a 100,000 to 1 shot. Why on earth would it? Anyway, it smells like toilet duck, to me, because the cypress note is very prominent for the whole duration of the dry down and, to me, it is very much like pine. Save a few more pennies and get a slightly more expensive cheapie, if you want something with a bit of staying power, like something by Lalique (Lalique White or Encre Noir Sport). Issey Miyake Sport is even better and it will not break the bank. **Q: What are the exact ingredients of this perfume?** A: Hi, too many ingredients too list (around twelve odd). Best description is on Perfume Direct website. Nice aftershave at reasonable prices. Amazon should list above as well. **Q: How come the 100ml is down from 70 odd quid to 19.99 but the 200ml is 29.99 but says it only down from 35 quid** A: I have nothing to do with the pricing policy but can only suggest that Dracar Noir is an old fragrance and therefore the smaller amount is reduced to promote clearance.
