I suspect I've had other symptoms, too, but it's too soon to tell about them. I see some signs, but I'm not sure yet. Anyway, getting rid of those cramps is major! **Q: Why does this have more calcium than mag if it's supposed to be a magnesium supplement?**
A: I used this product for years, but no longer do.  New science indicates you need a 2:1 or (better) a 1:1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium.  I take a better product now that is 1:1 and have much less trouble with "tight" muscles.  Calcium is necessary to make muscles contract, magnesium is necessary to make them relax.Hope this helps.TQSA

**Q: How big are these tablets? Are they easy to swallow?**
A: Hi Didi....the tablets are round and smooth coated (not rough edges or "chalky") and are about 1/2 inch in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. They are not elongated or "humongous" like some vitamins or antibiotics are. I have never had a problem swallowing them with water, juice, milk or other liquid. Good luck and hope this was helpful.

**Q: how much magnesium is in these tablets?**
A: This is right off the bottle.   143 mg's of magnesium, and 238 mg's of calcium, and 416 mg's of cloride.

**Q: Product has worked for me, but today I opened bottle and the tablets were oozing a liquid..Has this happened to anyone else?What caused it?**
A: Never happen  thank goodness!! but once i found tablets deteriorated crumbling....high suspect of IMPROPER storage/ PROTECTION and  POSSIBLE STOPPER leaks resulting in product deterioration as well ad Liquid in the bottle..definitely CONTAMINATION during storage..throw out the entire bottle get credits and NEVER ingest any pills when there are ANY discoloration, damages, crumblings,  liquids, etc. I would not even take ANY TABLET at all. Discard the entire bottle and report the number to the manufacturer/ distributor Amazon and FDA Via MedWatch line ( the agency monitors supplements for public health protection).Amazon..how do you store these products? Are they protected!! Need to be Pest and temperature controlled? Contamination from animals would result in disease causing harmful impacts.
