High quality and great price! *by H***J on April 28, 2018* Perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It has adjustable straps, and the grey part on top is adjustable as well, for added compression. (I think someone in the Q/A section said it was an ice/heat pack holder. I haven't tried it for this purpose, but I suppose it would work for that!). Unless you are quite a bit bigger than the average person, you shouldn't have any problem with the straps not being large enough. They are plenty long. And, as a female on the thinner side, they are almost too long. But this provides exactly the support I am looking for. I had spinal fusion surgery a couple of years ago (C5 and C6), and occasionally still have issues with my shoulder when I overwork it.
