Histame is another product I used to take that worked but I was taking 2 capsule and each contained only 4,000 HDU. I am not sure how much HistDao contains, but I am pretty sure as much or less than Daosin and that is why I switched to Daosin. **Q: Will this withstand summer heat and a long international flight?** A: I imagine heat if left in the mailbox may alter the potency, but I'm not sure.
