Review: God sent noodles! - These noodles are wonderful! Finding delicious gluten-free pastas with great taste and texture is difficult, but these are like a miracle having both.
Review: Great texture and very versatile - As someone who is a lover of noodles, required to eat gluten free, and skeptical of gluten free products, I was a little wary of gluten free ramen noodles. However, I gave these a try and could not be happier! Most gluten free items tend to have a crumbly texture (which makes sense since gluten is what gives breads and pastas that “chewy” factor). These noodles had a surprisingly delightful texture without being crumbly. If you undercook them they are a little chewy, so I tend to do about 5 minutes in the pot rather than 4 just to make them softer. The flavor of the packet is good as well. Make it with chicken broth and it’s fantastic. The noodles are also versatile so use them in any soup/noodle dish you want! The size does look small, but it is filling (for me at least… the bf needs 2). My only very minor complaint is that the packages were a little difficult to open. Granted I was weak with the flu so that likely played a part in that. Overall, very good noodle with great texture, flavor, and versatility!

**Q: Are the noodles supposed to be really green?**
A: Yes, these noodles have bamboo in them which makes them tasty as well as green!  I prefer them to other plain ramen noodles!

**Q: Can you microwave it?**
A: Yes, you can! Simply add water amount in instructions and seasoning packet and put in the microwave for 3-3.5 minutes.

**Q: are these instant? can i just add hot water?**
A: They are not instant but I have put them in a mason jar with boiling water and let then sit for a bit and they do get cooked that way.

**Q: I love this product used to buy a 12 pack of it at Costco and it didnt come with seasoning.  Can you use the 10 packs without any seasoning?**
A: Hi!  Yes, the noodle cakes in the 10 pack are exactly the same as the noodle cakes in the 12 pack.  The soup packets can be used with the noodle cakes following the instructions on the bag OR you can prepare the noodle cakes without the packet the same way you did with the 12 pack.
