Product description A easy way to make this classic Spanish dessert. Just like making custard, you simply add milk and sugar, bring to the boil and pour into ramekins or the classic Crema Catalana terracotta dishes to cool and set. Before serving, caramelise a layer of sugar either with the traditional "caramelising iron" or cooks blow torch. Ingredients Corn Starch, Salt, Maltodextrin, saffron Extract & Artificial flavourings P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions Mix the contents of the sachet with 250 ml of cold milk. Add 2 eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking bowl and bake in a water bath for 45 minutes. It came quickly, and it's a good Spanish creme brulee. The carton was in date and didn't go off until 10/2020 so it will last a while. An easy dessert to make, the instructions are in Spanish. So If you don't speak Spanish just use google translate.
