Review: Poor quality tube - Disappointing quality I used the tube for a week on my family holiday to the lakes, the week after arrival. On the 4th day one of the two bladders burst at a seam and failed. This was not repairable with the repair kit, the seam prevents a seal. The tube is no longer usable.

**Q: what's the weight limit?**
A: not sure weight limit but we had over 300 pounds on it.

**Q: we loved the product but after four uses it deflated, who can I call?**
A: We notice after time on the water they do deflate over the day as with others we have had we carry a small pump with us and inflate once throughout the day and we’re good to go

A: no, I would say it is the inflatable itself. It is BIG!

We enjoyed it out on the lake. 2 things I do recommend with this towable: 1- BOOSTER BALL. We needed a booster ball with this one and did not have it, it works without it, but getting on plane can be difficult. It really is needed to keep the rope out of the water. 2- appropriately rated rope. We used a rope 100 pounds less than it called for and it snapped a time or two when we whipped around. Other than these two things, the towable itself is impeccable. It is very comfortable, rides well, and even works for 3 full sized adults to ride comfortably on together. It is great for the price and quality, we look forward to using it more in the future!
