These are horrible! After one shower the top layer with the design peeled off leaving the bottom sticky part left on my daughters sling... like a kids sticker when u peel it off something... it literally took half a bottle of uni-solve to get that stuff off my child because Her skin was so gooey and sticky **Q: These are very thin and tear easily. I have used Grifgrips before but these seem like a knockoff. Has anyone experienced this?** A: Yes, we have had great luck with previous Grifgrips products, so tried these for the print variety. They are terrible. Lasted a couple of days. Typical life for other GrifGrips products on my daughter is 10+ days. We won't ever buy this particular product again and will have to re-evaluate GrifGrip products to make sure we can get the kind that actually work. **Q: Do all your adhesives fit Dexcom g6?** A: I dont know if they fit the g6. I bought them when i had the g5. They are garbage!!! Fell off after 2 days. Tried 3 times **Q: Can these be used with the medtronic cgm? i don't see any specifically for medtronic, but i know people who use grifgrips with a medtronic transmitter** A: They have cuts for Medtronic cgm and infusions, I prefer no cut for my cgm. The adhesive ness holds up even in salt water, but the edges will curl up a bit (you can snip these off with scissors and without degrading the overall integrity/function). The designs leave something to be desired - they may be great for little kids and teens, but most of the designs are not adult-centric. The solid colors are fine. The backing is a single piece, so it can be a little tricky to place it over the Dexcom CGM; it would be helpful to have the backing in two pieces. First thing we noticed is that they are not stretchy at all but they do stay stuck for the week + on my daughters skin. HOWEVER the residue they leave behind when changing her dexcom is horrible. We've used unisolve in the past to help remove the sticky residue from her arms but when using this grif grip the unisolve makes this glue into a gooey mess that does NOT come off. We've used 3 of these so far with the same result. Even soap/water or alcohol swabs won't get off all the sticky residue. We will not be using these grif grips anymore and will go back to using the stretchy ones that stay stuck for the week and don't leave this horrible residue on her skin. So far my daughter has no complaints. They are staying on well, but we regularly use skin tac to help her Dexcom and patches stay on nicely for the full 7 days.
