Review: Awesome, but mildly annoying to pay for 2 pairs and only get one pair that's actually useful to me. - Loved my first pair, I have a LOUD a** Harley with short pipes, and it's definitely above the OSHA extended exposure limit for sound. It has definitely left my ears ringing worse than normal before (already have mil-spec tinnitus), so decided I ought to at least tune it down a notch. These work great, while still allowing me to enjoy the sound of the bike, and hear vehicles around me reasonably well in traffic. The only gripe I have is I wish Hearprotek would sell them in single size value packs. I managed to lose one of mine hopping off the bike at work today, and the other pair that came with are far too small to be useful to me, so I have to buy another set. Went ahead and ordered 2 so I have at least 2 pairs that fit, but if they would sell them in single pairs, or by size in multi packs, it'd be easy since I know which size I wear. Keep the variety packs for people who don't know their size, then when they need to reorder, they can get exactly what they need without wasting money. I have also purchased their 2 baffle designs, I like the three baffle plugs significantly more. The two baffle plugs tend to go too far into my ear canal and get quite stuck. And it's not hard to irritate the inside of your ear canal trying to pry one out by the little flappadoodle on the end, and end up with a bleeding ear. These three baffle designs fit much better and are longer. So even if I overinsert accidentally, I can still get ahold of it. Awesome product, just needs to be sold by size as well!

**Q: How do i know that they're fitting correctly? Do they need to have a suction sort of seal?**
A: They do get into the canel tight so watch out for suction if you breath hard possibly   I had put them in to far and then blew my nose so my daughter had to help get them out. They are tight but worked so well at a large major outdoor concert event.

**Q: What happens if you get water on/in the sound filter?**
A: Water won't hurt them as far as I can tell.  I like that they cut the volume but don't have a muffled sound like two or three other kinds I've tried.

**Q: I sleep with blind, deaf dog who gets night terrors &screams loudly. Want to hear him at lower decibel.  Want to hear 2 comfort him.Will this work??.**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Give These a Try

For the price, I thought they were very good in a concert scenario. I considered some more expensive options, but I've never user earplugs before at an event, so I figured I'd go cheap and see how it went. Does it sound like you just turned down the volume? Not exactly. It is a little muffled at first when you put them in, but I think you adapt. They definitely reduce the volume - and that's the main point and it is what I wanted them for. They do that pretty well and I thought they were comfortable. I did need to fiddle a bit to get them in far enough. The question is, do the more expensive options have a more linear volume reduction? I don't know without trying, but I doubt that the $40 range is going to be much different. $200+ options are probably better, and a must for actual musicians on stage. I liked these on my first concert trial. They are comfortable, fit well, protect your ears from high volume and look better than my friend's foam things sticking out of his ears. I bet they sound better than foam as well.
