So I shall recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back and period pain *by S***N on 21 January 2024* So I ordered my item yesterday after suffering with terrible period pains and chronic back ache. Was disappointed that I had to charge it straight out of the box took about 2 hrs. Heat is good u have 3 heat options and it’s hot but not uncomfortable hot. I suffer with chronic back pain so I’ve used it for this the vibration options are good 3 diff ones but I feel if you use heat and vibration battery will run out quicker. I would say I’ve had 4 hrs out of it before need charging again that’s on the highest heat tho. Going to try it today on the middle heat option. Gives me the same comfort as using a hot water bottle the strap is easy and plenty of room if your a bigger person than me(I’m a size 12). It’s elastic too so should be give for all sizes Over all I’m very pleased with this heat pack. I normally use deep heat for my back and apply it up to 8 times a day but haven’t used any of it due to having this heat pad.
