A: Your Iphone 11 uses a USBa or b not a mini USBc. It will not work.

A: Samsung uses the terms "Fast Charging" and "Super Fast Charging" with specific meanings. Fast Charging refers to up to 18W charging using a cable with USB A connector and a charger with QC specification. Super Fast Charging refers to 25W (45W for a few select devices) using USB C connectors and charger with PD specification.

I don't have a Samsung Z Fold 4, but according to the specifications it supports Super Fast Charging at 25W (using a wired charger with USB C connector that is compliant with the PD 3.0 specification). 

While your question asks about Fast Charging, you probably want Super Fast Charging for your Samsung Z Fold 4. This charger supports both.

This car charger supports both 18W Fast Charging on it's USB A port and 25W Super Fast Charging on it's USB C port. I have tested the 25W Super Fast Charging  with my own Samsung phone. The chargers specification states that it supports up to 30W on the USB C port with PD 3.0 devices.

Note that in order to be able to get Super Fast Charging the USB C cable between phone and charger must also be PD compliant! A simple USB C data cable does not support the PD charging currents!

I bought a bunch of these, one for each vehicle. They charge quick, even with 2 devices, don't seem to run hot at all. These fit nicely in the cig lighter hole, and doesn't take up a boatload of space. The USB C connector feels tight and doesn't wiggle around, though most of mine are in the well or in the console, so only the cable is getting torqued around. That said, the two cables provided are of good quality, I just wish I could get two C's and skip the Apple cable because I have nothing that utilizes it... into the drawer of never to be seen cables.... It's charge rate is great though, my S25 Ultra goes blue and starts putting on charge in a hurry. I can be down 70-60% and before I'm home it's charged, so like 15 minutes. I have zero complaints about these.
