Better than I thought it would be. I wear it for running though and it does get hot - I read someone said they took the lining out and then it was better so I might try that. I still think its a good product, fits well, it's comfy, and if you were just walking it'd be fine. Doesn't block out all background noise like headphones would but that doesn't bother me!
