I own 3 of them and all 3 have broken down on me. The most recent one was 3 days ago and it was the only the 4 times using it. It stopped printing and I couldn't open the drawer to check on the paper and ink. It's completely jammed shut. ALWAYS unload media when transporting them. Be careful with them always and they will treat you right. I’ve used them for four years on events that go 5-6 hours of constant continuous printing.
