It comes to my knees and is the perfect length that if I want to snuggle up on the settee it covers my legs.Have washed it multiple times and it has held its shape, comfort, texture (inside and out) and is still just as warm entering into winter again.I have found that I need the heating on a lot less when wearing this - fell asleep with it on one day (never again) and I woke feeling like I was on fire. It is sooooo warm and cosy and would definitely recommend.The only issue for me is I have no tumble dryer and it does take quite a while to dry when washed. For me, personally, being elderly and a bit frail I find it very heavy and a bit overpowering but we haven't hit the minus degree temperatures yet so maybe I'll change my mind then. I was surprised when I received the package as it was rock hard and I couldn't understand what it was but it had been vacuum packed and was really solid. I had to give it a few minutes in the tumble dryer to get the creases out.EDIT: Many people moaning about the creases but a few minutes in the tumble dryer will smooth them out.
