I definitely recommend this for anyone who is on a low-to-no carb intake regiment, but misses caramel. This is great - and lasts a long time - for a treat. It's not super strong flavor - but, for me, that's a benefit. You don't want to be KO'd by some flavor that's not-quite-what-you-remember. Just my opinion. i was very happy with the product's flavor, and viscosity (I know - but it's the correct word VS "Thickness").

Just received the shipment and was excited to try it. Unfortunately it wasn't what I was hoping for. I was hoping it would be thicker like a sauce, but it was true to its description as a syrup. The worst part was the flavor. It tasted somewhat medicinal and left an aftertaste. They use erythritol and stevia as sweeteners. I think the aftertaste comes from the stevia. i’ll see if I can find a sugar-free product that contains only sugar alcohols and no Stevia.
