I use Tellicherry peppercorns which are a bit more pungent and slightly larger than what is generally sold. I had two old grinders and never got the full taste/flavor of the tellicherry until I put them in this grinder and because of that find myself using less pepper. So I bought a second for my Mediterranean Sea salt which comes from the coast of Sicily.These are easy to use, good looking for the table and pantry.The one minor issue is in the adjustment of grind size. It could be marked better and have the ability to be slightly courser than it's coursest. It looks attractive, feels well made, and has worked reliably. My only complaint is the part in the middle that you turn to grind. It’s uncomfortable to grip and can be difficult to turn, so I usually leave the cap on while using it because it’s easier on my hands. If the turning mechanism were more comfortable and easier to use, I would have given it 5 stars.
