However, I've uploaded videos under product demonstration titled Part 1 and Part 2 Size Large 210lbs 5'3-4". Hopefully they are helpful.I did not want to order the suggested size because I thought no way I need it that big. All the other reviews had size or. Height, or weight but not everything. So I jumped out on a limb and ordered L, if it was too small, I'd just order 1 size up. Photos are from day 2 putting it on for photos and needing help removing and day 3 after 3 mile walk and fighting to take it off. I used a back scratcher to assist with removal. Hardest part was shoulders. Video shows the stretch and fit on me. I love the adjusters under the zipper. It did not unzip during wear. It was easy to put on , but tough to remove at the shoulders after sweating. Very lightweight and good quality fabric(30 year seamstress). I could bend and move freely. There was no bad smell out of the pack. First day I handwashed. Today its in the washer. I don't think I could wear daily without washing.
