If you spend a lot of time reading reviews, which I do, there are tells. One of those is a review(s) that sounds like it was written by a marketing firm x a hundred. When there are more 1 star reviews than there are 2 and 3 star reviews is generally a dead giveaway. I basically don't trust 5 star reviews anymore, which is sad, but I can't afford to waste money **Q: Is this worth the full $25? Does the sticky stuff hold well for a heavy Iphone X?** A: I have had this on the dash of my 2010 RAV4 since 2017. Started with the super big IPhone 6. And have had multiple other phones mounted in it. The moving parts still work perfectly. My biggest fear was whether the pad would hold. It came loose the day we hit 118 here in Portland. And one other time during extreme heat. I was relieved to see no damage to the dash. I rinsed the sticky stuff under cold water and much to my surprise it reattached good as new. I am so glad I don't have to bother with a magnetic slug in my case. And I love that it rotates to horizontal. I don't know if it's better than the other brands that use this design. But I can tell you this one works and has been trouble free for me after four years. Your mileage may vary. **Q: Will it work with a thick phone case?** A: I have an otter case and a pop socket and it’s too thick for it to stay on. Had to return. Without the pop socket it’d be a fantastic product that’d hold my phone. **Q: I have a credit card holder on the back of my phone that holds 3 credit cards. What is the depth of the holder?** A: The depth is approximately 3/4 of an inch. I have an iPhone 7 with a credit card holder on the back as well, and it’s definitely not a probl m. Plenty of room! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robust, easy to use and great fixing *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 June 2025* Why did you choose this product over others?:Robust, fixes well to windscreen - previous brands have always fallen off, love the quick release/ easy fix for getting the phone in and out. Bought on recommendation from friend and having been using it now for a few weeks, I totally agree , by far the best I’ve seen/ used so far. Thoroughly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 December 2025* Easy to use and good value ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 October 2024* You do tend to get what you pay for and this is a bit pricey but it’s good quality. I stuck the disk to my dash as it’s textured and the suction cup hasn’t budged at all since putting it on to that. Holds the phone no problem at all too. ## Frequently Bought Together - iOttie Easy One Touch Advanced Universal Car Mount Dashboard & Windshield Suction Cup Phone Holder for iPhone Samsung, Google, All Smartphones - iOttie Adhesive Dashboard Pad for Car Mounts Dashboard Pad, Black , 3.1"L --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/556481801-iottie-easy-one-touch-6-car-phone-holder-suction-mount](https://www.desertcart.us/products/556481801-iottie-easy-one-touch-6-car-phone-holder-suction-mount) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
