The reason is that the top is fine and will be suitable for work. It looks smart. However, I strongly resent having to buy a tunic in a size 24 when I am normally a 16-18 on the high street. The sizing of these tunics is frankly ridiculous. If you are big busted you definitely need the extra room. It's quite lightweight material so should be comfortable to work in.
