Review: Great slicing knife !! - I recently replaced my Henckel long slicing knife with this Dalstrong slicer. Used it for the first time this weekend when I grilled a flank steak. The knife is long, steady, and was able to make razor thin slices. I really like how smooth it cuts. I'm not a professional, just a home cook, but if you're looking to replace or get a new slicing knife, I do recommend this knife, it has worked well for me.

This knife weighs 216g vs 131g. Blade thickness is 2.5mm vs. 1.01mm. Its a great knife but a little heavier, bulkier than it needs to be.

I recently replaced my Henckel long slicing knife with this Dalstrong slicer. Used it for the first time this weekend when I grilled a flank steak. The knife is long, steady, and was able to make razor thin slices. I really like how smooth it cuts. I'm not a professional, just a home cook, but if you're looking to replace or get a new slicing knife, I do recommend this knife, it has worked well for me.
