So nice! These bulbs are just perfect. We bought a chandelier that has 24 bulbs (it's gigantic). We needed something not too bright and LED to keep the light and heat down. Regular 40W bulbs would add up to 960W in our chandelier which is way too much. But these little guys look perfect. First the shape - nice bulb with a little pointy thing on top. The inside of the bulb looks a bit different - a twisted LED. Which really doesn't factor into things much except perhaps for distributing the light more evenly than the other style of "Edison style" bulb with two vertical filaments.On the technical side. These are not bright reading bulbs. They run about 150 lumen which is about the same as 10 candles. Somewhere around an 18W standard bulb although the seller says 25W. I won't argue but either way you don't want them behind a lamp shade - they just aren't bright enough. The bulbs are rated at 2200K which is a very warm rich yellow color. A standard bulb is a whiter color 2700 - 2900 kelvin. The glass is also lightly tinted amber so the effect is very similar to candle light.These things are PERFECT if you want mood lighting for a bottle of wine in the evening and you have an open candelabra or chandelier with candle stick lights. We don't have our big chandelier up yet but I'll post a couple of pics of these bulbs in a small lamp we have. I'll put a 40W in for comparison.If you are looking for something bright to act as a reading light keep looking. But for a nice candle type light in the right setting these are absolutely the best bulbs you can find. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ soft amber glow mini candle like lights *by O***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2019* soft amber glow mini lights.
