The bag is allegedly a high end made in italy purchase. It was not wrapped in a drawstring dust bag as every other Italian bag I've ever bought are presented. .This bag was in a thin vacuum seled plastic bag. It was folded in three sections so it has premanent wrinkles even after hanging it up for a week. There was no stuffing inside the bag as EVERY other bag contains to hold its shape. It is stiff as a board,cardboard leather ,not buttery soft ,not slouchy. The zipper as others have commented along the top closure is too short. I wrote to the seller and her attitude was " that's how we package them. Not happy? Return it.
