Great water bottle for people who really don’t drink water I think that they drink enough and they really don’t got it for my dad and he thought he drank plenty of water throughout the day but truly he didn’t so it’s a good way to keep track of your water intake and it’s convenient for him to hold the strap on his wrist while we go to the doctors offices 4 to 5 days
