I found that when I received it the crevice tool had retained the shape of the package I ran it under hot water and it became more flexible and easier to use just as the description had stated. I was able to clean my dryer lint trap and around the washer and dryer with ease. I am confident I will be able to get into any and all small crevices in my home and car that collect dirt, dust, lint and other fine debris. My family has allergies so this tool will be a lifesaver.
