Review: Does a Good Job Staying Put - Works better than many, because it hangs on to the post rather than the mirror. This one does a good job staying put, eventually the constant shimming of car will loosen it. Also, don't lose the Allen Wrench. You will need to tighten it every 2 to 3 months, which I think is reasonable. Then again, I do drive about 2,000/2,500 miles a month. My last one hung on mirror and shuttered a lot on bumpy roads and considering I live in Midwest; bumpy roads are all we got.

Works better than many, because it hangs on to the post rather than the mirror. This one does a good job staying put, eventually the constant shimming of car will loosen it. Also, don't lose the Allen Wrench. You will need to tighten it every 2 to 3 months, which I think is reasonable. Then again, I do drive about 2,000/2,500 miles a month. My last one hung on mirror and shuttered a lot on bumpy roads and considering I live in Midwest; bumpy roads are all we got.

Very sturdy and well made. I dropped a star because the nut to tighten the grip on the rearview post would not tighten. I improvised by finding a nut that fit and time will tell.
