I bought this really excited to learn how to play. But after I read all instructions, the top G string never stayed in tune for me. I reached out to the company and they were very helpful offered me a new string or a replacement ukuele. I was looking for something modestly priced to keep at work. I think the graphic design will be appealing to the kids, and I like that the case and tuner were included. However, I’m really disappointed about how rough the frets are. They aren’t sharp enough to cut the skin, but certainly will scratch it. I’m including a pic of my thumb after I ran it up and down the neck a few times.
