As I said we tried everything even expensive pharmaceuticals that did nothing but this worked we noticed a change within the first few days. A big thing he had to take into consideration though is consistency the dogs actually like the flavor of the medication so they eat it pretty easily but you have to be consistent and make it part of their schedule for us they get the medication twice a day at breakfast and dinner those times are set 8 PM is dinnertime and 8 AM is breakfast and they have snacks in between. We noticed that it was very important to not break up the routine if we went even a day without the medication because it was on order and hadn't arrived yet, the difference was instant and there was definitely a lot more itching happening.
