My only complaint is that it is a very straight spout and you really need the palm of your hand surrounding the hole when you pump or it will squirt the soap quite a distance. If you're lucky, just in the sink but a couple times on my shirt. I don't know if it a defect with just mine or how they all are. I do have a similar looking one on a different dispenser and it doesn't have this problem. I understand that the supplier did cost reductions to the product, but they should show the product as it is now. The pump straws are a bit of a pain to cut and fit, but once you figure it out, works like a dream. No rust and not cheap feeling.
