Comfy from the first time wearing them, they have good padding and support around the ankles, they’re waterproof, they look good and are a good price. Only negative for me was the bright red laces so I replaced them with some black ones. I bought a size 3 and they are slightly roomy but a thick pair of walking socks sorts that out.
