A: Assuming that your HIPS are more than 27", you could wear this belt lower or on a slight diagonal, like gun belts were worn in old Westerns.

A: I'm not sure, but you can find belt pouches pretty much anywhere.

I love this waist leash for hands free walking. It is so easy to hook up and I’ve had no issues with the locks coming undone or sticking. It’s very comfortable and when my dogs not pulling I barely notice it’s there. It’s easily adjustable and fits both my husband and I. I have a very excited 75 lb puppy who loves to try to pull my arm out of the socket with a hand leash so this has been so helpful for me to offset his weight with mine. It’s very nice that it also has two hand leash holds for when he needs to be held closer or more contained. I love the color and how it has reflective strips for walking in the dark.
