I have them in a switch mounted high on a wall with the ports facing down, and these covers stay put, even upside down. The circular nub makes them easy to grab and remove, or insert. Even if there are cables in the ports to the left, right, and below the empty port. Many of the competitor covers are flat against the face of the port when inserted, lacking the "handle" nub these have. And while one might argue those flat ones look nicer, they can be a real pain to remove, even when not surrounded by cables of in use neighboring ports.
