Thank you.** A: it is a very small capsule, not a coatd pill. you could open the capsule and hide in a nice tablespoon of applesauce. for the good you get from the pill, worth taking that way. good luck. **Q: is there a difference in the oral vs the topical form?** A: It is the same B3, which some believe supports the mitochondria in the cells. I'm not a scientist and don't actually know if either actually does. I am 76 and on the tennis court 3 to 5 times a week. The only other supplement I take is C.
