Review: I LOVE making tortillas and roti on this plate! - I immediately seasoned my plate the day it arrived by baking it in avocado oil which has a very high smoke point and I have never had anything stick to it. I've cooked all kinds of things on it from eggs, potatoes, fajita vegetables, and chicken and it works very well. But what I mostly use it for is to cook roti and tortillas. There just isn't anything I have in my kitchen arsenal that has a better cooking ability for roti. It's extremely durable, has excellent heat distribution, super easy to clean (I usually only have to wipe it with a clean damp cloth), it's extremely durable, and surprisingly crafted with precision for cast iron. I love that I can use it either on my propane gas cooktop or on my induction burner cooktop.
