You already have all of the information you need. It's overpriced, because of the brand. However, it *is* a quality item that will last you forever if you take care of it. It's not another case of just paying for the name and getting the same crap the no-names provide. We've gotten rid of all of our other cups and glasses and standardized on these. They say they're dishwasher safe, but I'd be careful, or top-rack them. The silver ones had the finish peel off.
