The main differences being obviously shaped different and having about 10 less games. The biggest problem I ran into is the joystick sometimes registers more inputs then you give it meaning it can skip pages in the menu. Other times if you don't push it enough the joystick will move but the game won't respond. Over all it's good for casual play and has good variety for Its price with 65 Atari 2600 games and 10 NES games.
