**Q: how to open can**
A: Pull off the red tape on the can's top.  Then gently pry up the edges of the round cap, working around the sides of the cap - I usually use the tip of a small spoon to pry the lid up, since the spoon is what I use to pick up some of the paprika.  By the way, this is by FAR the best tasting paprika I've every had, and it's good in or on many things.  Experiment!Taste test as you add it...a little goes a long way.

A: No, there aren´t. Just 100% smoked paprika from La Vera, Spain

**Q: Is this real smoked or a Liquid Smoke type flavoring?**
A: This is made from real smoked peppers

I bought this smoked paprika powder many times, and will buy it again. It is good for soups and sauces. The lid on the metal box is a bit inconvenient; it certainly keeps it closed, but I keep a screwdriver in the kitchen to lever it up when I have to open it.
