With these I do not sweat like a normal person when doing physical activities (working out, or manual labor). My face just gets REALLY red and I over heat. Not being able to sweat means my body os not releasing toxins. That put me on the journey to find an Infrared sauna. I did a lot of research and wanted one with near zero emf and red light therapy that didn't break the bank. I haven't tested the emfs to validate that they were near zero as advertised.
