I personally use this when I'm on my off day or know I won't be running and climbing up hills at work.. now with the pros and cons. PROS- -insanely comfortable (great for lounging around or low intense days) -sticks to your body very tight and won't show on most clothing. - goes well with compression underwear (different pros to havening two compression items) -great price Cons- -One peice (more slide-ability, can be somewhat fixed by getting compression underwear and tucking the shirt in.)
