My main purpose of buying Bacopa Monnieri was to carve out a healthy attractor basin topology in the CA3 region of my Hippocampus, via BDNF in the Dentate Gyrus. I've been using it since a few months. It works. Now after combining with another BDNF promoter - micellar curcumin, the improvements are profound. My REM dreams now have a continuity and improving in structural coherence. The dream vector seems to be navigating an improved Hippocampal topology. My learning and memory are showing noticeable improvements. Its effect as an adaptogen is also felt. The Pre-Frontal Cortex seems to be asserting good top-down reasoning control over the Amygdala. Thoughts are more reasoned rather than emotional. This is indeed a spiritual nootropic. I will buy this Bacopa again. One caution: Bacopa reduces the liver enzyme that breaks down a lot of medications. This can lead to increased concentration of the medicine in the body. So, do not combine when on those meds. Pls do your research.
