I first had beef rendang in Singapore in a Malsaian work colleagues house and I have been trying to recreate that memorable dish. I have tried other kits but this one hits the spot. **Q: Could we use it with chicken instead of beef?**
A: I presume so although I am not aware that there is Chicken Rendang .. This product wad too runny for a Rendang anyway ..

The instruction are easy to understand and as long as you follow them, you too will enjoy this superb Malaysian/Indonesian beef curry. Very highly recommended, just as I remembered.
