Ultraloq said they would replace it free of charge but then said they can’t post to the uk. desertcart have offered the refund. I wouldn’t buy another one from ultraloq that’s for sure. Downloaded and installed U-tec software. Was not able to connect to my wifi at all. It was very hard to connect with the lock. Supples batteries went dead after month and door would not lock. Reolacing batteries solved problem. Newer version of software fixed connextivity problems and allowed firmware update. Lock works good. I am happy with the locks.
