**Q: What gauge nichrome is needed to replace the bow, should it break?**
A: Each package comes with 48" of replacement wire that is .009" thick.

**Q: Can the wire be shaped at all or is it not moveable.**
A: The wire can only be made straight. It is tied across the bow.

**Q: what is the maximum deep foam you can cut with hot knife?**
A: The wire is 4 inches long.  So a 4-inch cut is about the max you can get unless you go at it from both sides, then 8 inches would be max.  The bow is 7" across and can cut about 3 inches deep.

**Q: Bought it and the longer wand just fell off. How can i get it replaced.  Ir do you sell just that piece?**
A: I'm not the seller, but I believe they sell this separately.  The longer wand must be used gently...it's for fine use.
