I mean, really sloppy, not light the pics show. It looked like a kid did it. We removed all of the tape and wrapped these areas with twine that matched the rope. The electrical cord sticks out like a sore thumb, not hidden like in the pics here. We plan on painting the black cord to match the rope and attach it to the rope with fishing line to help hide it more. While we do love the light now, we shouldn't have had to make these modifications to make it look better.
